Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and DH Sovereign Technologies LLC ("we", "us") for your use of Masterwell.

1. Who can use Masterwell

You must be at least 16. If you are 16 or 17, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and provide the payment method for any subscription. Community features (posting, comments and collaboration invites), when they launch, are for verified users 18 and older.

2. Your account

Keep your login secure and your details accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Plans, trial and billing

• The Free plan includes 3 masters a month. Paid plans (Artist and Studio) bill monthly or yearly in advance.
• The free trial gives 3 days of Studio, once per person, and requires a payment card. Unless you cancel before it ends, it becomes a Studio monthly subscription at the then-current price.
• You can cancel at any time in one click from your settings. Paid time already started is not refunded [confirm refund policy], and you keep access until the end of the period.
• We may refuse a trial when the card, email, phone or browser matches an earlier trial.
• We'll give at least [30] days' notice of any price change.

4. Your music

You own your uploads and everything Masterwell produces from them, including masters, remixes and stems. You give us a limited license to store, process and play your files only to provide the service to you. That license ends when you delete the files, except for backups that age out within [period].

Upload only audio you own or have permission to use. Reference songs may be uploaded only for analysis.

5. Things you may not do

• Upload audio you don't have the rights to, or use Masterwell to infringe anyone's rights.
• Use the service to imitate a real artist's voice or to pass off work as theirs.
• Get around usage limits or the one-trial rule, or interfere with the service.
• Upload illegal content. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as the law requires.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on Masterwell infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent: [DMCA agent name and address, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office]. We terminate repeat infringers.

7. AI-assisted processing

Grades, chains and remixes are produced by automated tools and may contain mistakes or audible artifacts, especially remixes built from a split stereo file. Listen before you release.

8. If we shut down

If we ever close Masterwell, we'll give you at least 90 days to export your work in open formats.

9. Disclaimers and limits

10. Ending these terms

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. [Attorney to decide venue, arbitration and class-action terms.]

We'll post changes here and email you about significant ones before they take effect.
